These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Keytrop's website, mobile app, and services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Paid plans are subscription-based and automatically renew monthly or annually unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Prices include applicable taxes/VAT. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider.
You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with Service availability. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Keytrop a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Services.
Keytrop and its licensors own the Services, software, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without permission.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keytrop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
